“I have lived here for a little over 2 years, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company, especially with the company change. The new management team in the front office have been so respectful and helpful with any problem or any issues. Em is a great manager and super helpful. I live in a very quiet floor, with no issues of problems with any neighbors, instead ive also became very fond of mine. I feel very safe in the area and apartments knowing that there is locks for everything and its super hard to get into this area. All the amenities are great, especially in unit washer and dryer, I absolutely love the air for tires and the vacuum in the garage. This area is very pet friendly and has many areas to walk your pet around such as the park in front of the building, and the playground in the townhouses next to the building. The apartments offer a lot of study areas and quiet places, the game room is a fun place to have friends with, as well as the vending machine, the 2 floor gym, the huge pool, the grills, such a nice a luxurious area. Highly recommend this place !!”

“I've had a great experience living at Sofia Apartments in Sunnyvale. The management team has been excellent responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I've needed assistance. A special thank you to Em and the new management team. They have made a noticeable positive difference in the community and have been attentive to residents' needs. My interactions with Em have always been pleasant, and any questions or concerns have been handled quickly and efficiently. “I recently toured Sofia with Em and I am absolutely blown away! From start to finish, the experience was 5-stars. Em was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel right at home immediately. She took the time to show me several units and highlighted the stunning amenities, including all the pool, gym, and vending machines!! The property is impeccably maintained and modern. If you are looking for a new home, ask for Em! I always kindly helped by Clara. I highly recommend touring this apartment complex if you’re looking for somewhere to move in near this area.”
